Looks good but, rattles!

I like the look of it and it feels solid. However the lighter rattles inside the outer shell which is a bit annoying.

I reached out to you by email as soon as I learned about this but I have not received the reply. Naturally, quality products and customer service are paramount to our business and we strive for five star reviews and will do whatever is necessary to achieve that.

Customer Support makes all the difference

I ordered this lighter and received it very promptly. Unfortunately the lighter would not take the starter spark and light. I tried several things to no avail. I reached out to Buddy G's and got an immediate response with suggestions that I tried again to no avail. Buddy G's immediately offered to replace the lighter which I received very quickly. It works great and has that unique wide red flame. I can't speak highly enough of the phenomenal support and fast service. I immediately purchased additional items from Buddy G's, as I want to validate the value of great customer service.
